Quality Customer Support is the key to success in the software industry, and we are proud to boast the best support in our market. We offer a toll-free 800 support line, and the knowledge, attitude, and desire to quickly solve any problems that might arise. Our annual support agreements also include free updates as they are available. We are proud of a 98% renewal rate on our support contracts.
Working with our 400 clients the need has arisen at times for consulting services, whether developing an in-house solution, deciding on a particular package, or implementation after the sale. These services are offered and quoted on a per-client basis, and offer the knowledge gained from our 18 years of software development and implementation.
We also offer custom programming for any special need that may arise. Quotations for programming are given only after specific needs are addressed, and a design is submitted to the client for approval.

Technical Requirements:
Solutions Plus software, designed and supported by FAS, will operate efficiently on many different platforms such as Windows (95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP), Novell Netware (versions 3.x and above), UNIX, LINUX, XENIX, AIX, VAX, and many more.
The data files are internally indexed for incredible speed during operation and support up to 16 million records in each file.
Solutions Plus software can be modified to export data files for other applications with import capabilities.
Custom Programming:
Custom programming is available for all applications. A specific quote for custom work is available from our R&D department after reviewing the specific requirements and parameters.
Training: (highly recommended!)
Training is available either on-site or at our facilities in Joplin, Missouri. This formalized training time will make the usage and operation of our software much, much easier. Knowing the concepts and functions of the application permits better understanding and utilization. We recommend a minimum of two full days per application.
1. New sales or major upgrades:
Plan A: - FAS offers free training provided the customer comes
to our office in Joplin. The customer pays all travel &
lodging expenses. (This must be done within 90 days
of purchase.)
Plan B: - On-site training is possible on new sales and major
upgrades on the following terms: $4,000.00 plus all
expenses related to travel.
2. Existing installation (any installation more than 90 days old):
Plan A: - If customer comes to our office in Joplin for
training,
the charge will be $2,000.00. (Customer pays all expenses
related to travel & lodging.)
Plan B: - On-site training is possible on existing customers
on
the following terms: $4,000.00 plus all expenses related
to travel.
