Interactive Reporting

In the event an additional report is needed, several options exist.  Software Options are available and described below, and should just one specific report be needed, our development department can create it for you for a one-time charge.

Report Writer
(for non-Windows operating systems such as Unix, AIX, Linux, etc.)		 Designed to access our data fields, the system comes complete with all definitions of record and field names.  The product allows for the creation of any report, 100% user defined, as well as the exportation of information to other locations such as spreadsheets or word processors.  The application will interface with any FAS product.  (This option is recommended for UNIX and other non-Windows environments, see the Client/Server option below for all versions of Windows).

Using import/export capabilities, the report writer allows the creation of any type of document, from mailing labels to form letters, pulling relevant information from the data fields of any of our packages.
Client / Server
(for all versions of Windows)		 Relativity™ is the latest addition to our software product list, and at this time is available for our three main packages:  Loan Service Plus, Savings Accounting, and CD Accounting.  Relativity allows quick, easy access to all data fields in our applications by such tools as Microsoft Query, Crystal Report Writer, and many more.  The use of other SQL devices grants the power of ad hoc report writers, with the ability to join data from other relational database management systems.

Fully ODBC compliant and provided with a fully populated data dictionary and cross-reference, this compatibility allows the use of common Windows tools such as Access, Oracle, Excel, Word, Lotus, SQL and more to query information within the Windows environment.  Use these tools to request information or pull reports, you have the freedom to choose.
